The Dental Hygienist Workforce Study is a national research initiative designed to better understand the current employment landscape for registered dental hygienists.
The study explores topics including career satisfaction, workplace flexibility, scheduling preferences, compensation, burnout, technology adoption, continuing education, and interest in alternative practice models.
Our objective is not to confirm assumptions.
It is to better understand the profession so future decisions can be informed by evidence rather than speculation.
Participating associations will receive executive summaries, benchmark reports, and workforce insights that contribute to broader conversations about the future of preventive oral healthcare.
